Afternoon and Sunset Shoot: Werri Beach to Black Head Reserve (Gerroa)

Join us for a landscape, seascapes and skyscapes outing with two locations in preparation for the May “Scapes” set theme competition.

We will start with an afternoon session at Werri Beach, Gerringong, seascape compositions, water movement, long exposures, and shoreline patterns from accessible viewpoints on sand and paths.

We will then relocate to Black Head Reserve, Gerroa for our sunset session, with sweeping views over Seven Mile Beach for big skies, layered headlands, and coastal landscape scenes as the light changes toward evening.

If there is sufficient interest we can meet-up earlier or for lunch

Timing (Monday 27 April) PUBLIC HOLIDAY

2:30 pm to 4:00 pm: Werri Beach (afternoon seascapes and long exposure practice)
4:00 pm to 4:30 pm: Relocate to Black Head Reserve, Gerroa
4:30 pm to 6:00 pm: Black Head Reserve (sunset and afterglow skyscapes)
Sunset: approx. 5:19 pm

William Patino is a full-time landscape photographer based in Te Anau, New Zealand, who has won numerous photography awards, been featured in international publications, and taught thousands of photographers through workshops and online tutorials.
